Refund Policy

Architects Software Solutions offers a limited refund policy for AnnoPro subscriptions as described below.

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. This applies to both initial subscription payments and renewal charges.

Each customer is eligible for a maximum of one refund in total across all payments. Upon approval of a refund, your license key will be deactivated immediately and access to AnnoPro will be revoked.

To request a refund, email support@annopro.app with your account email address. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard by clicking "Manage Billing". No cancellation fee applies. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not itself trigger a refund. To request a refund for the current billing period, follow the process above within 14 days of the charge.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. All refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms.
