Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AnnoPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Architects Software Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), based in Israel.
2. Description of Service
AnnoPro is a paid software add-in for Autodesk Revit 2025. Access is granted via a license key tied to an active monthly subscription. The plugin provides annotation automation tools including dimensioning, tagging, and AI-assisted querying of Revit models.
3. Account Registration
You must register with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. License
Upon payment of the applicable subscription fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the AnnoPro plugin on the number of machines corresponding to your seat count. The license is valid only for the duration of your active subscription. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the plugin or license key.
5. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who act as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your license.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your license will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be revoked. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period unless required by applicable law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) share your license key with any third party.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided by AnnoPro are owned by Architects Software Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Architects Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
